To be eligible for a refund, please return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The item must be in its original, undamaged condition. To initiate a return, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@sutisancha.com.

Important Note:

  • Products bought during a sale, special discount, or with coupon codes are not eligible for return or exchange. Clearance sale items are also non-returnable.

Refund Methods

You have two options for receiving your refund:

  1. E-wallet Credit:

    • Receive 100% store credit for your order amount, plus an extra ₹200 gift voucher for future purchases.
    • Store credit can be used anytime at sutisancha.com. We’ll send you the wallet link via email and WhatsApp.

  2. Bank Transfer:

    • If you prefer a direct transfer, we will issue approximately 85% of the product price due to processing fees:
      • 5% GST, 2% payment gateway fee, and a ₹175 return pickup charge.
    • Note: The reverse pickup charge may vary based on quantity and weight.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
  2. Verification: After the item is delivered to our warehouse, our team will inspect its condition.
  3. Refund Processing: We will contact you via email or WhatsApp regarding the refund amount, which will be credited to your account within 2-3 business days.

Note: Refunds are processed only via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer; we do not offer cash back.

Returning the Product

  • 360-Degree Video: Please send us a video of the product before unboxing it.
  • Pickup: If you choose pickup, ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and all tags are intact.
  • Self-Ship: If pickup is unavailable in your area, please self-ship the product. Include your order number and return ID in the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Exchange Policy

  • An exchange fee of ₹199 applies, covering reverse pickup and new dispatch.
  • After approving your exchange, we will arrange for pickup. Once we receive and verify your returned item, we’ll share payment details for the exchange fee.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order in the Your Orders section of your account before it has been dispatched. For delivered orders, please follow the return process outlined above.
